This multiple system installation fully automates the production of check books from continuous webs printed 4-up in landscape mode and fed from rolls.

Two separate, independent webs for check and ancillary foils are processed using CEM dual high performance cutters. Non personalized annexes, as well as front and back covers, are added to the collated check books before stitching and spine taping. The finished check books are automatically inserted into envelopes by an in-line inserter.

This installation achieves an actual throughput of 2.000 books/hour for check books of 40 checks + ancillaries with consistent high quality appearance.
